Walking InStride with you through growth, life changes, and development.
Many of the clients I work with are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, relationship challenges, or life transitions that no longer feel manageable on your own. If you’ve tried to figure things out yourself and it isn’t working the way you hoped, you’re not alone.
I specialize in working with adults navigating mental health and substance use concerns, whether those challenges occur separately or together. As both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I bring a dual lens to this work—helping clients understand patterns, identify triggers, and develop practical strategies for meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is direct, practical, and supportive. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about building insight, developing skills that work in your daily life, and creating sustainable change. Whether your goal is improving your mental health, strengthening your recovery, managing stress more effectively, or feeling more in control of your life, we will work collaboratively to define what progress looks like for you.
I have experience working across levels of care, including residential and intensive outpatient settings, and understand how complex mental health and recovery can be. My goal is to provide a structured, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.
