Anna Lipinski, LPCC, LADC
Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but privately struggling with substance use, relapse risk, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. You may be managing work, relationships, and responsibilities while feeling like something is just beneath the surface—or getting harder to control. If you’ve tried to figure it out on your own and it’s not working the way you hoped, you’re not alone.
I specialize in working with adults navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. As both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I bring a dual lens to this work—helping clients understand not just behaviors, but the patterns, triggers, and underlying factors that keep them stuck.
My approach is direct, practical, and supportive. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about building insight, developing strategies that actually work in your real life, and creating sustainable change. Whether your goal is abstinence, harm reduction, or gaining more control, we will work collaboratively to define what progress looks like for you.
I have experience working across levels of care, including residential and intensive outpatient settings, and understand how complex recovery and mental health can be—especially when you are balancing work, family, and expectations from others.
